L&D Sessions

The purpose of our L&D sessions and programs is to give organizations the ability to easily access subject matter experts so that the employees in their organization can receive the high quality training required. Source Wellness leverages the subject matter experts in our network to provide a sense of ease around the professional development side of DEI, HR and L&D.

Learning Outcomes
The main outcomes is a deeper understanding of DEIMW Principles. DEI sessions are designed to instill an accessible and actionable understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Mindfulness Sessions are designed to develop the many facets of the faculty of mindfulness. Wellness sessions are designed to help people understand essential knowledge, practices, and essential skills for maintaining a sense of well-being in the workplace and beyond

Structure and Audience Size
Cohorts are for smaller groups (usually up to 20 people). These sessions generally include group practices, exercises, and break-out rooms and more engagement with our subject matter experts.

Webinars sessions can be run with groups of any size in virtual format.

Deliverables
30, 60, 120 minute sessions focusing on the areas of your choosing. Sessions include practice, theory, and resources for self-guided development. Sessions may include workbooks for attendees to take home the knowledge so they may have practices and tool available for use at their convenience. Recordings of the sessions can be provided as well.
