Stress Management: How to Manage Stress at Work and at Home

Session Description:

Stress, so often demonized, is profoundly misunderstood. In this session we'll explore the automatic, embodied nature of stress and understand the physiological impact of stress on mind and body. We'll come to understand how stress is both inherent in, and mitigated by, ID&E work. Finally, we'll explore what mindfulness has to offer in terms of both individual stress management and systemic stress reduction.
