Session Description:

Our time together will offer a space to consider the question, “How can I support you?” from the lens and perspective of the individual and the collective. In this session, we will explore the three components of self-compassion, engage in interactive practices of mindfulness and learn ways to increase our capacity for vulnerability. These practices will provide a comprehensive and nuanced opportunity to look at self-compassion, boundaries and emotional intelligence within the workplace.
