Miranda Lee, MSc, teaches practical, secular meditation techniques to busy people so that they can find that much-needed pause in their lives. After 12 years working in top advertising agencies, Miranda is now a trainer in science-based mindfulness for all sorts of organizations; construction, vaccine research, wine sellers, healthcare, recruiters, media, non-profits, schools, community centers, and more.
Miranda is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, a certified Mindful Schools meditation educator, and the author of The 5-Minute Meditation Journal. Miranda has a Masters in Social Anthropology from the University of
Edinburgh with field experience with the Achuar community of the Ecuadorian Amazon.
Miranda has over 20 years of mindfulness experience and has studied with some of the world's great teachers in India, the U.K., and the USA. However, she still considers her two young sons to be her greatest "Zen Masters.” Miranda currently runs her own wellness coaching business, “Find That Pause,” in New Jersey. She is delighted to be partnering with Source Wellness to bring the healing powers of mindfulness and emotional intelligence to new audiences.
