Kristin Taylor M.A.
Kristin is a somatic coach based in Portland Oregon where she works with individuals remotely and in-person. She also manages a portfolio of clients for a consulting firm that focuses on creating diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures in Fortune 1000 companies.
Committed to community health and wellness, Kristin has over 15 years of practice in yoga and formal study as a teacher in Tibetan Buddhist meditation. She has taught mindfulness practices in under-resourced communities and created a program for mindfulness learning in an inner-city high school in New York City. Kristin is a certified hospice volunteer in New York, Oregon and California. She also helped launch a thriving acupuncture clinic in Brooklyn NY and is also trained in DIR Floortime™ therapies as a Developmental Interventionist supporting special needs youth and their families.
Earlier in her work history, Kristin managed the personal and professional lives of executives and entrepreneurs in diverse industries such as real estate development, tech, finance, education in New York City, San Francisco and Portland.
Kristin has a BA in Rhetoric and Communication from the University of Oregon, an MFA in Dramatic Arts from The New School and is in on-going somatics training at the Strozzi Institute.
