Session Description:

With “sense of belonging" being the ultimate “soft skill" for many organizations, workplaces, and even sports teams these days, just how do we define this seemingly familiar concept?  This session explores the meaning of belonging within the context of today's workplace and professional relationship dynamics to help unpack its look and feel, its genesis and trajectory. Just how is it achieved?  How do we know when others experience a sense of belonging?
